Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be assessed a non-transferable administrative fee from Investors Travel for $75 per person, a processing fee for 3% of the total refund, and a $200 per person non-refundable, but transferable administrative fee from Crystal. The Crystal administrative fee can be reapplied as a payment towards a future cruise within one calendar year of the original cancellation date and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Crystal Cruises, LLC. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to your cruise specialist; all cancellation requests will be processed Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST/EDT. If a cancellation request is received on a weekend day or holiday it will be effective the next business day. If the request is received at least 121 days prior to cruise departure date, a refund will be issued on the total of payments made, less the administrative fee, processing fee , and Crystal administrative fee as outlined above. Refunds will be issued within 6 – 8 business weeks from the cancellation date or longer pursuant to Crystal’s refund policy. Additionally, later cancellations will also be assessed the following charges:
- 120 to 91 days prior to cruise departure dates = 25% of total charges per guest
- 90 to 61 days prior to cruise departure dates = 50% of total charges per guest
- 60 to 31 days prior to cruise departure dates = 75% of total charges per guest
- 30 days or less prior to cruise departure dates = 100% of total charges per guest
