All cancellations will be assessed a non-transferable administrative fee of $75 per person and a $100 per person non-refundable charge (to Crystal Cruises). Cancellation requests must be made in writing to your cruise specialist. If the request is received at least 120 days prior to cruise departure date, a refund of deposit, less the administrative fee and Crystal charge, will be made. Additionally, later cancellations will also be assessed the following charges:
- 120-91 days prior to cruise departure date - 25% of total charges per guest
- 90-61 days prior to cruise departure date - 50% of total charges per guest
- 60-31 days prior to cruise departure date - 75% of total charges per guest
- 30 days or less before cruise date - 100% of total charges per guest
