Cancellation policy: All cancellations will be assessed a tax deductible donation to Asolo Rep Theatre of $750 per person and a non-transferable $75 administrative fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to your cruise specialist. If the request is received at least 121 days prior to cruise departure date (February 12, 2018), a refund of deposit, less the Asolo Rep donation and administrative fee, will be made. Later cancellations will be assessed the following charges: 

- 120 to 91 days prior to cruise date = 10% of Cruise fare for Vista Suites and Owners Suites, $250 fee per guest for Penthouses and below
- 90 to 76 days prior to cruise date = 25% of fare
- 75 to 61 days prior to cruise date = 50% of fare
- 60 to 31 days prior to cruise date = 75% of fare
- 30 to 0 days prior to cruise date = 100% of fare
